Watertube Boilers
These boilers are produced as saturated and hot steam boilers. Water tube boilers burning liquid and gaseous fuels can be used safely in the enterprises especially at high pressures. Water Tube Boilers have no-alternative at high pressures and can respond very efficiently to peak loads. The Water Tube Boilers we manufacture have one drum. Since the drum surface has no contact with fire, it is safer than the other water tube boilers. The combustion takes place completely in the empty combustion chamber, where the heat of combustion gases is transferred by evaporator and / or superheater tubes in the convection section, which is the second passage of the boiler.
Material
Drum and other sheet parts are produced from boiler sheet according to EN 10028-2. Wall, evaporator and superheater tubes are according to EN 10216 – 2, P235GH/ P265GH/ 16Mo3 or 13CrMo4-4.
Combustion chamber
Combustion chamber is constructed by membrane wall as completely gasproof and consist of radiation and convection heat transfer areas.
Superheater
Superheater tubes are on the second gas pass and are manufactured with straight tubes.
Evaporator
Evaporator tubes are on the second gas pass and are menufactured with straight tubes or fin tubes.
Project and Manufacturing
Water tube boilers are manufactured according to EN 12952. Nobo controls the every stage of our manufacturing. The control stages are as follows; 1 – Project and strenght calculations control 2 – Material control and stamp 3 -NDT test 4 – Hydrostatic pressure test 5- Manufacturing control according to approved project 6- Quality file
